This Sunday, Oct. 31 a new memorial will be placed alongside the grave of legendary Prince Edward County sailor, Moses Dulmage. On Oct. 31,1878, Dulmage was swept across Lake Ontario in a small yawlboat reaching Stony Point NY. Too weak to untie himself from his lashings, he died of exposure. The new memorial will tell of his ordeal that terrible night. This will take place at South Bay which is just south of Picton, Ontario at 2:00 pm. All are invited.
