It's hard to get a perspective in the photo, but I don't think that's a forward superstructure. To me it looks more like a covered forecastle, similar to what the Wagonborg boats have. Also the rear structure (pilothouse?) doesn't look that tall to me. I'd guess this was a euro "canaller" size vessel, similar to the larger one that's moored alongside the Stavros GL.
