Hi Mike, I went to the Group Ocean tug office this morning and while there they received a call from their Sorel Office and they will off load some containers before they attempt any tug movements, as this is a no cure no pay deal, they have to reassure themselves they can collect,in my estimations a good decision, the Tugs Ocean Charlie,Delta,Duga,Hercule,Intrepide,Jupiter, will attempt to free her after the off loading operations have ceased, when they will commence to off load is not known for the time being.
