Hi Walter, Could you please post a link to the story? Yes they way I understand it the Basic Marine tug "Krystal" was loosing RPM's when the Molinari drifted into the mud and ended up damaging on of her props. I'm sure this was the last thing Marinette Marine needed with this ferry. I understand they have had lots of delays and slowdowns.
