On June 27th I saw a tug and an old barge in the lower St. Mary's River near Drummond Island. The tugboat was riding along side of the barge pushing it while moving to the front of the barge to attach a line. The name of the barge was "Sault Ste Marie" and I did not get a name for the tug. I was wondering if someone could tell me what was happening?
