Amber, There are two docks in Muskegon that get coal. The Sappi paper mill gets a few. It is located at the southwest side of Muskegon Lake at around 2400 Lake Shore drive. The dock with the most coal deliveries, and likely the one you are interested in, is the Consumers Energy power plant. That one is at the extreme east end of Muskegon Lake. Take the US-31 freeway around the east side of Muskegon to the Business US-31 connection on the northeast side of town. Go west on Business US-31 about 1 1/2 miles to M-120 and turn right. The plant entrance is on the left about 1/2 mile northwest of the split.
