Jamie. The Capt. Ralph Tucker will be used as a reserve vessel, and their main vessel in the winter. As I'm sure you know, tug/barges do not fair too well in ice. When the fall weather gets too rough, and the round trip manistee/amherstburg run takes too long for the barges, the Tucker will be put back in service.
