My dad passed away a couple of years ago. He retired from the Great Lakes Pilots Assoc. In order for him to get his Master's license, he had to put in time as a First and Second mate. He served as Second mate on the Ann Arbor car ferries in the mid 60s. He then went on to the U.S. Steel Great Lakes fleet. I am trying to find out what ships he was on and the Captains he served under. I would appreciate any feedback. Thank you in advance for any assistance. Joe Bennett P.S. - My dad's name is Bernard J.
