Is the new owner of Rouge Steel intending on operating the blast furnances at the mill or just importing slabs? It seems they are not receiving any ore at the plant yet, at least not from the Tilden Mine. I've noticed that Interlake is moving pellets out of Two Harbors to Ispat Inland this season, so far anyway. I wonder if they have lost the Rouge (Severstal) contract?...Thanks...Terry
