Can anyone help explain what drives the decision to scrap one vessel over another? For example, CSL chose to scrap the Rimouski and Baie St. Paul (among others), ACM the Simcoe/Algostream, and ULS the Halco boats built at Davie in the mid- to late-60's. Meanwhile, the Richelieu, Algocen, and older 730's (Algoisle, Algoville, among others) survive(so far). What gives?
