Brad, I'm going to venture a guess here. If it ws on the Canadian side of the river somewhere near Sombra(?)or Port Lambton (anyway somewhere about halfway, give or take, between Windsor and Sarnia) it might have been the STAR OF CHICAGO, which was a dinner cruise boat which operated out of Navy Pier in the '80s (still there in '86). The owner (John McGoff) went bankrupt, and she ended up on the Canadian side of the river. Not sure what happened to her after that (if it's the same boat). Chuck Truscott
