The Rock Cut water level has come back up some and it sounds like everyone is getting moving. Roger Blough and Oglebay Norton will be underway from up in Whitefish, Quebecois is going to slide down into the Mac lock from West Pier and Middletown and Algowood will be underway from Hay Lake Anchorage.
