The Lewis Harriman has been laid up here for years, just rotting away. Why not just leave her just like she is, spending just a little money to rope off a few areas and put in a few platforms where groups could go through and see the inside of her? As long as she's sitting around anyway... You wouldn't necessarily have to fix the boat all up and put fresh paint on. Sometimes seeing them "as they were left" from the working days is more interesting than a spruced up version anyway.
