I agree Dave. Detroit is a prime example, especially with the new waterfront beautification that is supposed to take place. Chicago is another city that does not take advantage of a museum ship. I think Detroit would be a great place for one of the small old cement boats that are languishing. You are correct that it is all money involved, but I think the number of people around Detroit who love the boats may be willing to donate some time.
