Hi Jim. From what I've seen the only tanker that's gone by is not being escorted, & none of the other vessels are being escorted. Also, there are no restrictions on two-way traffic today. I think it's primarily that there is a tremendous security presence along the border--in the air & in the water--due to the US-Arab Economic Summit being held at Cobo Hall here in downtown Detroit. It will be like this until the summit is over (which is a date I can't remember).
