Check the website for Fresh Water Press (www.lakeboats.com). Volume 10 of the Fleet Histories Series is scheduled for release in December, 2003 and it will include a history of the International harvester Fleet. The chances of getting specific crew information on The Harvester are very slim. If your relative achieved the rank of Captain or Chief Engineer, he will be listed in the annual Red Books. If not, International Harvester did not publish a company newsletter like some of the larger fleets so there isn't much in the way of crew information for their two boat fleet. Marine Museums (Dossin's, Great Lakes Historical Society, or Bowling Green) may have some information in the form of Ship's Logs or crew lists - but this information is not indexed and would require a detailed, time-consuming search.
