Mary, If you are in a truck or van that allows you to see over the concrete wall, like the Zilwaukee Bridge, you can see the entire navigable portion of the Rouge River from the Short Cut to the Rouge Steel plant in Dearborn. Currently they are redecking the southbound side of the bridge. All traffic is routed to the northbound side of the bridge.
