As far as I know, there isn't anything due in Conneaut on those days. Ashtabula seems to be averaging two or three coal boats each day. Can't really get good photos in either place without a boat, too many lines in the way at Conneaut, and there just isn't any way to get down to Ashtabula. You might try getting photos of vessels loading coal in Ashtabula from the bridge over the river, but you'll need a pretty strong zoom lens.
