I am trying to get the times of the images straight with Indiana time(EST in summer). I just saw an image of one of the cruise boats approaching the locks on Cam 4 and the time shown was 15:41:09. I know this is 3:41PM and it is 2:41PM here. So did the image shown and supposedly delayed for one hour actually occur at 2:41PM at the Soo, which would be 1:41PM here?
