Belated follow-up to Size of Boat in Cleveland. Thanks for earlier posts. Old time sailor said he sailed on 730 by 75 footer, possibly the Leon Falk, Jr., who said they usually unloaded at Cleveland Lakefront, but once 2 tugs took them to the mills. Did/could this size squeeze through. I worked on the American Republic and she cruised up there pretty fast with room to spare. Saw 72 beam ships up aways. Any further info on this? Thanks.
