I was down at the Port of Milwaukee this evening. Over by the fly ash facility in the inner harbor there is some new construction of what appears to be a hopper for self-unloaders. It is right along side the water and connects to a conveyor assembly that goes into the towers. Could we be seeing a new receiving facility there?
