Does anybody know WHY she's being towed? Is there some legal requirement that she can't be under her own power? I assume it still runs, correct? Are major power refits needed? I'd think Fraser yards could do the work. Does it have to be Canadian? I'd like to know the pricetag for the tow will be, and I imagine "it ain't gonna be pretty".
