Was out at the IMS boneyard yesterday. Some sad state of affairs to say the least. The Algogulf has been pulled aside the Enterprise and they've started torching the starboard aft end of said ship. The Comeaudoc is behind them waiting her turn.....damn shame. I'm sure there's got to be some diesel scows that could go before them (don't get me started). On a happier note saw the Halifax down bound in town that day. My best experience with her was when they pulled the old girl out of dry dock(Pt Weller)late one spring evening and her starboard safety valve popped. Nothing like a hot fire and a full head of STEAM.
