I saw several items about boats delayed by low water levels. For a loaded vessel I can see that. But is the Barker waiting on an UPBOUND trip for higher water? I would think it only effects loaded vessels as those in ballast could always "rise to the occaison"? or are there limits to how HIGH a ship can sail just as there are limits on i'ts deepest draft? I'm always interested in the technical details so feel free to educate me .... Merry Christmas to all and Peace on Earth
