Cason Callaway was being pulled SLOWLY up-river, stern-first, by the Tug Texas just after 5 PM tonight, all the way up to Reiss in Green Bay, which caused A LOT of car traffic backup as the bridges were open a long time during rush hour. Lots of complaining by motorists I'm sure...at least they got to see a classic boat while they waited. Mason St. was particularly backed up.
