Keith, you probaly already know that GPS and Lat. and Long. are the same. So what you need is a chart that shows at position of the wrecks. There are quite a few dive guys out there, but they will probably want to take you on their boat for a fee. I have seen charts with wrecks on them but don't know how close they are.
