Hi All, My dad is an avid subscriber, freighter lover, and volunteer for a UP Michigan lighthouse preservation society (for which his cottage overlooks the lighthouse). It has always been his dream to book passage on a freighter as it makes its journey through the Great Lakes. He is “getting up there” in age and I would like to make this dream come true. Does anyone know if any of the Freighters accept guests? I heard that they sometimes do. Heck, I think he would even be willing to swap the decks if that was a prerequisite! Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!
