I am doing some research about a Newfoundland seaman who drowned in Montréal harbour in July 1968. He was a crewmember aboard the Koralle. Some say they were anchored others say they were at the berth. The young lad went swimming and was carried away with the current. I am not sure where in the harbour they were actually but they were either loading or preparing to load for the Artic. His body was not recovered until the drydock was flooded to launch a coast guard ship I was told but I could find no info on any of this. His body was found in August something is the best date I can narrow it down. I am hoping someone may have a little more info on this incident. Thanks
